Call for Nominations
Wells Fargo Community Service Award 2019
Wells Fargo Bank established this award to acknowledge Chico State students who have provided
outstanding service to the campus and/or the community; those whose volunteer efforts have enriched
our campus, made a positive impact on the lives of others and whose leadership has inspired others to do
the same.
Award
3 recipients will receive $1,000
Eligibility
All CSU, Chico undergraduate students who have demonstrated significant and
outstanding leadership
on campus and in community will be considered.
Nomination
Guidelines
Nominations may be submitted by current CSU, Chico faculty and staff members. Please
complete the nomination form and attach it to a
letter of nomination that:
Describes your nominee's outstanding community service activities. Please be
s
pecific, noting events, dates, organizations, the individual's contributions, and
how they aided the organization, event or situation
Describes why you feel your nominee deserves this acknowledgement
Selection Process
Nominations will be reviewed by a committee representing Student Affairs, Financial Aid
and Scholarship, and
University Advancement. Winners and nominators will be notified
by
March 20, 2019.
Presentation of
Award
The Wells Fargo Community Service Award will be presented at the Student
Leadership Awards on April 11, 2019.
Deadline
Nominations must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13 to:
