VIDEO SPECIFICIATIONS
• (In Person) Arrive 1 hour before start for setup.
• (In Person) Make sure you have a date / time stamp overlay.
• (Remote) Connect 40 minutes to 1 hour before start.
• (Remote) Claim host in zoom using the host key via the participants tab.
• (Remote) “Spotlight” the witness once at least 3 people are in the meeting.
• (Remote) Use the “Record to Cloud” Zoom feature and “Pause” during breaks.
• (Remote) Use a local screen recording program simultaneously as backup to capture the witness
and any exhibits shared. The main cloud recording only captures the witness.
• MP4, FLV, MOV, and other video formats are acceptable for local recordings.
• Ask all parties if they would like to order a video copy at the conclusion of the proceeding.
• Note any special needs/requests on Kusar’s video worksheet (expedite, special shipping).
• (Remote) Cloud recordings are automatically sent to us once the meeting ends.
• Upload video and paperwork to Kusar’s share repository (below) or send to video@kusar.com
via your preferred share link option (Google Drive / DropBox / Citrix). DVD or thumb drive can
