I hereby certify that I meet the minimum standards for practice in juvenile dependency proceedings set
forth in California Rules of Court, rule 5.660, Superior Court of California County of Orange local rule
905.3, and Administrative Order No. 12/008-905. I have completed the minimum requirements for
training, education, and/or experience as indicated below:
1. Initial Eligibility for Appointment:
a. Training and Education: I am eligible for appointment to represent parties in dependency
proceedings because I have completed a minimum of 8 hours of training or education in the
area of juvenile dependency. Attach copies of MCLE certificates or other documents of
attendance.
OR
b. Juvenile Dependency Experience: I have sufficient recent experience to competently
represent parties in dependency proceedings as described in the attached. Attachment
should include information about trial work, including types, county in which cases were
heard, date of last appearance, and party represented (e.g. mother, alleged father, minor).
2. Continuing Eligibility
a. Training and Education: In the last three years, I have completed at least 8 hours
of continuing education related to dependency proceedings. Attach copies of MCLE
certificates or other documents of attendance.
