University will no longer have access to your SEVIS file and can make no modifications
to your transfer request or any other information. 2.) Upon the release date of the SEVIS
record, the transfer school may issue a transfer Form I-20. The student is required to
contact the International Student Office at the transfer school within 15 days of the
program start date listed on the I-20 or the letter of admission.
