INSTRUCTIONS: Requesting an order shortening time means that you want to reduce the number of days that you have
to serve the Request for Order papers on the other party and/or shorten the number of days to the hearing date. You
must give notice to all parties or their attorneys no later than 10:00 a.m. the court day before the Request for Order
papers requesting an order shortening time are provided to the court. You may ask the court to waive notice under
Rule 5.165(b)(2) by filling out Section B of this form.
