APPLICATION
CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
The SRP Residential Solar Water Heating incentive is to be applied at the time of
purchase to reduce the purchase price of the system by the amount of the SRP incentive. After the process has been
completed, SRP will pay the incentive to the contractor on the Customer’s behalf. SRP customers will receive an
IRS 1099-MISC form for the SRP incentive.

TION VI: VENDOR AGREEMENTS AND CERTIFICATION
By signing below, Installer and Dealer each covenant, represent and warrant to Applicant and Salt River Project
Agricultural Improvement and Power District (“SRP”), as follows:
1. At the point of purchase the contractor agrees to lower the installed purchased price of the system by the
am
ount of the SRP incentive.
2. A
ll equipment to be installed and/or used in connection with the solar water heating system described in this
application was approved by the manufacturer of the solar water heating system for installation or use with the
solar water heating system and will comply with SRP’s Solar Water Heating Program Requirements.
3. N
o material differences will exist between the solar water heating system, as described in this application,
including any addenda or attachments, and the solar water heating system, as installed.
4. T
he solar water heating system will be selected and sized according to the geographic location and hot water
needs of the home. The solar water heating system size and collector type will be appropriate for the home.
5. I
nstaller will provide to Applicant a Statement of Performance that provides the expected energy savings of th
e
s
olar water heating system and outlines variables that will affect the solar water heating system’s performance
including, but not limited to, general weather patterns, specific site conditions, energy use patterns, and other
conditions not subject to the control of Installer.
6. Installer will provide to Applicant a planned maintenance or equipment replacement schedule for the
oper
ational life of the solar water heating system.
7. I
nstaller will be charged an SRP standard fee for each additional reevaluation, beyond the second evaluation,
per application. This fee will be deducted from the SRP incentive being paid to the installer on the customer’s
behalf. The installer shall not seek reimbursement from the Customer for the cost of any reevaluation.
8. D
ealer or Installer will provide to Applicant all warranties required under the Program requirements.

CTION VII: APPLICANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

y signing below, each of the undersigned acknowledges its understanding of, and agreement with, the following:
1. S
RP’s supply of electric and related services will be in accordance with and subject to SRP’s Rules and
Regulations, Standard Electric Price Plans and Riders, Residential Solar Water Heating System Program
Requirements, and other SRP terms of service (collectively, the “SRP Terms”), as the same may be
supplemented or amended by SRP from time to time.
2. A
ll of the SRP Terms (including prices) are subject to change. Changes to the SRP Terms may, among other
things, increase or decrease the costs, as well as the potential savings achieved by, and the value of a solar
water heating system. The SRP account holder for the Property will be responsible for the payment of any
increased prices and fees applicable as a result of any changes to the SRP Terms.
3. I
n choosing to install, or approving the installation of, the solar water heating system described in this
application, Applicant is relying solely on his or her own judgment and the representations of third parties not
affiliated with SRP. SRP does not endorse, and is not bound by, any third party’s representations, warranties,
promises, or other statements, including any projections concerning electricity prices.
