2) Difficulties and delays encountered during this reporting period. (500 word maximum)
Mandatory referral to Planning Commission was required per City Charter due to the proposed
alteration of an existing public park.
The City of Parma Heights requested that the existing park and soccer fields be kept in service until the
completion of the Spring 2019 soccer season. Complete shutdown of the park will be possible as soon
as June, 2019 to begin preparation for construction.

3) Describe progress towards Project tasks. (500 word maximum)
Construction documents are being revised to include the demolition of an existing building which will
provide space for additional on-site storage of excavated soils.
Revised constructed documents will be submitted to the District for review and comment prior to
construction.
Anticipated bid advertisement set for 2019-05-15 per the projected scheduled included above.
