SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
This scholarship must be used
toward the payment of tuition, fees, or books.
Scholarship Criteria:
1. Resident of Laramie County
2. Minimum grade point average of 3.0
3. Must be enrolled and currently attending LCCC
4. Must be planning to attend UW next year as a full-time student
(taking at least 12 hours) majoring in education
Application Process:
1. Please provide a statement with information concerning your educational
goals, employment, achievements while at LCCC, LCCC clubs/activities,
and any other information that you think is pertinent to your receiving this
scholarship.
2. Please submit one letter of recommendation from one of your current
instructors.
3. Please submit a copy of your transcript.

Your scholarship money will be sent to the UW Financial Aid Office. It shall be divided
into two equal payments, paying one-half the fall or first semester and the other half the
winter or second semester.

best of my knowledge. I also certify that I will allow the Scholarship and Financial
Aid Office at LCCC to release any information that is applicable to this application.
