ο Block 2A - Title and registration acceptable (on Canadian vehicles manufactured prior to 1-1-96, requires a letter from manufacturer
for safety compliance. If any exceptions are noted, procedures for Block 2B or 3 must be followed).
ο Block 2B - Title and registration acceptable with manufacturer’s certification letter (required on Canadian manufactured vehicles).
ο Block 3 - Title and registration acceptable with bond release letter
ο Block 4 - No title or registration (DO NOT PROCESS)
ο Block 5 - No title. One year registration only (RPO only) ***
ο Block 6 - No title or registration (DO NOT PROCESS)
