VII. ADDITIONAL ESSAY REQUIREMENTS
Please note that additional essays and/or other documentation are required for many of the
scholarships offered. Please provide all the required documentation, otherwise, your scholarship
application will be considered incomplete and ineligible.

VIII. APPLICATION CERTIFICATION
Please save and print the Original Application at this point, packet must be signed and dated. Use
the Original Application to make (1) complete set for Section A and (1) complete set for EACH
scholarship that you’re applying for in Section B. Each copy will be distributed to donors for the
selection process.
OXNARD COLLEGE FOUNDATION’S SCHOLARSHIP REIMBURSEMENT FUNDING POLICY
If you are awarded scholarship funding, you will be notified and invited to the Scholarship Awards Ceremony. To claim OCF
Scholarship Reimbursement Funds, you MUST submit your out-of-pocket receipts which cover tuition, fees, books, and/or
educational supplies, which are IRS Tax-exempt funds. Proof of enrolment is required and in some cases, unofficial transcripts
and class syllabus. All unclaimed funds revert back to the OCF Scholarship Fund after two (2) years. If you have any further

SCHOLARSHIP DEADLINE
