In order to effectively assist with event planning needs, please complete the form
on page two. There is an example on the third page to help you complete the form.
The earlier you provide the following details, the better we will be able to support
you, and the more likely we will be able to secure a suitable venue on campus.
If your event requires catering then you MUST complete and submit this form no
later than exactly TWO WEEKS before the proposed event date.

On behalf of Thompson Rivers University School of Business and Economics (SoBE), you are
cordially invited to attend the Graduate Programs Celebration of Success. Please join us as we
celebrate TRU graduates and highlight the remarkable successes of Graduate students and faculty
members. Dinner and celebrations followed by awards ceremony. Dress code is business casual.
Agenda (list of times followed by specific activity):
5:00 pm – 5:20 pm – Doors open, guests arrive, sign in at registration table and mingle
5:20 pm – 5:30 pm – Emcees guests to be seated, grand welcome and territorial acknowledgment
5:30 pm – 5:35 pm – SoBE Dean opening remarks and acknowledge dignitaries
5:40 pm – 6:10 pm – Dinner is served
6:15 pm – 6:45 pm – Director of Graduate Programs and SoBE Dean assist with ceremonies
6:45 pm – 7:00 pm – Emcees conclude formal part of the evening and thank guests
7:00 pm – 7:30 pm – Open networking
