Closing Date Extension Request
Please submit this form to BLB Resources with certified funds and detailed
supporting documentation, 5 calendar days before contract expiration date.
Please cc: 5SClosings@blbresources.com. Extensions are only granted in 15 calendar day increments.
Extension fees are nonrefundable if contract is cancelled; however unused extension fees will be prorated
to the purchaser at close of escrow. A detailed explanation must be included. Documentation must be
attached that supports the reason for the closing date extension and demonstrates that closing is imminent
(i.e. a letter from the lender explaining the reason for the delay and stating the exact date for which closing
is scheduled). Approval of extension requests is subject to receipt and review of all required documentation
and fees. The granting of one extension shall not obligate the Seller to approve additional extensions.
