Automatic Payment Program for Property Taxes
After you enroll, your checking or savings account is automatically debited the current installment. The first debit would take place on May 15 and the second on
October 15 (or November 15 for agricultural classification) for real property and August 31 and November 15 for manufactured homes. If this date falls on a
weekend, your account would be debited on the next business day. You will receive a reminder notice (via email) approximately one week prior to the debit. You
will stay in the program until you notify Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources in writing that you wish to withdraw. New enrollment, withdrawal
from the program, or ANY changes to parcels or accounts must be made at least 3 weeks prior to a payment date.

property taxes. Authorization will remain in effect until I notify Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources in writing that I wish to change, add, or remove parcels
from the plan. I understand that failure to have sufficient funds on the day of the debit or failure to notify Blue Earth County Property and Environmental Resources of
a bank or account change before the date of the debit will result in a $30 NSF fee, additional penalty, and inability to remain in the program. I agree to notify Blue Earth
County Property and Environmental Resources at least 3 weeks prior to debit date to request a change in plan participation. I understand convenience fees may be charged by
my bank.

only available to taxpayers that are not currently escrowing for their property tax payment.
