Project Abstract Form
Please note that, historically, proposal/project abstract forms have been printed and submitted as a
hard copy to our Contract Compliance Assistant with the Grant Activation Form. From now on,
please download the PDF file of the proposal/project abstract forms and email them to Nicole Clark,
contract compliance assistant. The Grant Activation Form may still be submitted as a printed file and
mailed to Nicole at Box 5164.
ABSTRACT OF PROPOSAL OR PROJECT: In the space below, include a
public abstract of no more than 350 words that clearly states the objectives of the
proposed research. This self-contained document should be suitable for publication
and identify objectives of the project, methods to be employed, and the potential
impact of the project (i.e., benefits, outcomes). It should be written such that,
insofar as possible, it is understandable to the average reader. This document
must not include any proprietary or sensitive information as it may be made
available to the public.
