Licensees are required to pay their license renewal fees when their license is on active or inactive status on or
before each anniversary of their license. NAC 645C.300
CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS IS NOT REQUIRED WHEN RENEWING A LICENSE
ON INACTIVE STATUS.
645C.390 (2) EXPIRATION OF LICENSE. Every license issued under the provisions of this chapter expires at
midnight on the last day of the last month of a license period. A license period is a period of 24 consecutive
months beginning on the first day of the first calendar month after a license is issued.
NRS 645C.420(2) - An Appraiser whose license has been placed on inactive status shall not prepare or
communicate appraisals until he/she meets all the requirements for the reinstatement of his/her license.
